More Flickr awards for Canis bonus pet photography

Mention of Flickr awards for Canis bonus pet photography.
By Laure-Anne Viselé, June 2010

What a week this has been for me: today, I found out that another one of my pictures got eleven awards for pet portraiture on Flickr. This got me invited to more select Flickr crews from whom I can learn and get inspiration.

I am so pleased that my photographs are finally out there, what with all the effort studying, editting, comparing, and practising.

This is my profile on Flickr.

That particular shot was taken at the Wollebrand (a park in South Holland), on top of a hill. Rodge was getting ready for one of his crazy hill runs but had to scan the horizon first, of course.

Thank you, fellow Flickrites! I am extremely honoured.

Any comments?

I always value your comments, so don’t be shy and share your thoughts. I would particularly like to hear from you if you:

  • Are a (pet) photographer using Flickr.
    • How do you use Flickr? Just to host your portfolio, or do you use it for other marketing means?
    • Would you recommend other photography hosting communities?
    • Do you have any tips to share about how to increase your influence on Flickr?
  • Are a viewer and have comments on the picture.
    • Did you (not) like it? Why?
